What changes when I work for several companies?

If you hold mailboxes at several companies, they are all in one place and switching between them does not sign you out of anything.

Every company has its own colour. It is on the message row, on the compose window, and on the send button — because the failure this is designed against is replying to one company’s client from another company’s address.

The unified inbox shows everything at once, with the company named on each row. Search works across all of them; each company’s results are ranked within that company first and then merged, so a busy mailbox does not bury a quiet one.

Administrators at one company cannot see your mailboxes at another. There is no view anywhere that spans companies except your own.
